Sizing
How do I pick a size?
Our size guide lists garment measurements, and each tee has about 2" of room. Measure a tee your child already wears, flat across the chest, and compare. Between two sizes? Size up.
What ages do you make?
5–6Y to 11–12Y.
Fabric & Prints
What are the tees made of?
100% cotton, 180 GSM, 25s combed yarn, bio-washed for a softer feel that resists pilling.
What's special about the prints?
They're water-based and non-PVC. There are no phthalates and no plastic layer sitting on the fabric, so the tee stays breathable and the print doesn't crack like vinyl.
Will a label scratch my kid's neck?
No. Size labels are printed straight onto the fabric. There are no tags.
Are they for boys or girls?
Both. We don't do gender labels. Every piece is made for every child.
Care
How do I wash it?
Cool wash, no bleach, and hang it to dry in the shade. If it needs ironing, use a warm iron, gently. That's all it takes to keep it soft for the next adventure, grass stains and juice spills included.
Packaging
Is your packaging sustainable?
Yes. Every order ships in a plastic-free kraft paper mailer that's recyclable and biodegradable. Our packaging comes from Mindful, a Mumbai-based sustainable packaging company.
What do I do with the seed card?
Soak it, plant it in a pot of soil, keep it damp and put it somewhere sunny. Sprouts usually appear in a week or two. Tag us @sifarwearr on Instagram when yours comes up. We'd love to see it.
Orders & Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free on orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 have a flat ₹99 shipping charge.
When will my order arrive?
We dispatch within 1 business day. Delivery takes 3–5 business days to metro cities and 5–7 business days to the rest of India after dispatch.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. You can also pay by UPI, card or net banking.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We currently ship across India only.
Returns & Exchanges
What if the size doesn't fit?
Size exchanges are free within 7 days of delivery. WhatsApp or email us your order number and the size you need. We'll arrange a pickup and send the new size.
Can I return something for a refund?
Yes. You can return any item within 7 days of delivery, free of charge, as long as it's unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. We refund the full amount to your original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer.
How do refunds work for Cash on Delivery orders?
We refund to your UPI ID or bank account and will ask for these details when we arrange your pickup. All refunds are processed within 7 days of us receiving the item.
