We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Product measurements are approximate and may vary marginally between pieces due to the nature of natural fabrics and garment production.

4. Pricing and availability
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices and to limit quantities. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will be refunded in full.

5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.

6. Returns
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, as set out in our Returns and Refunds policy.

7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Sifar name, logo, artwork, prints, photography, and copy — is the property of Sifar and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Accuracy of information
We are not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on this site. We reserve the right to correct these and to update information at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sifar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hanumangarh, Rajasthan
