Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery time
Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Rest of India: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Where we ship
We ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Payment
Cash on delivery is available after a partial payment of 10%, we accept prepaid payments  — UPI, cards, and net banking via Razorpay.

Delivery issues
If your order is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours at customercaresifar@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the courier.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-shipping charge.
